  1. Check out this link https://web.cvent.com/event/bc53641e-44e8-4e19-b352-17f45b4ebcd5/summary I registered for 2 meetings. Anyone else register for any?

  2. Today while I was out in our backyard, I heard a sound from above. It sounded kind of like a plane and kind of like a helicopter. I did not look up. I kept listening trying to decide if it was a plane or a helicopter. It sounded like both. Finally I looked up and guess what I saw? A plane being tailed by a helicopter! No kidding! (I have no idea why the plane was being tailed so closely by a helicopter! But my CIs were spot on!)

  3. @Megan L. When I tried theArtone back in 2016, I immediately donated both of my Quattro 4 neckloops! Now I have several Artone neckloops and use it everyday.

  8. @Megan L. Med-El US is promoting the Artone 3 as a way for bimodal users to stream to both their HA & CI. Anyone can use the Artone as long as they have telecoil. So we can use the Artone with OPUS2, Rondo 1, Sonnet 1, Rondo 2 (have the link monitoring features turned off to avoid a ticking sound when on T), Sonnet 2 and Rondo 3 (Rondo 3 needs to have the telecoil adapter plugged onto the port.) I have both the AudioLink and the Artone. I use the Artone because it sounds better and works much better for me. However the Artone can be purchased online for $12

  11. @Megan L. So terrific! Yay! So much WOWness is coming your way over the next few months! Now that you have both the Sonnet 1 and Sonnet 2, may I ask you a few questions? Smile Do you notice a difference in the disposable battery packs? Does your Sonnet 2 have the new mic cover that is easy to replace? Do you notice a difference in the cable covering? What connectivity options were you given in your activation kit?

  13. Hi HPs Crew! Yesterday was activation and it was really funny 🤣 I'm currently living in a cartoon. Everyone/everything sounds cartoonish like Mickey & Minnie with some wind chimes. I can hear words and music but they sound like someone sucked in a bunch of helium 😆 Hopefully by the end of the week the cartoon sounds will subside a little bit 🤞And Matt (I think this is you?? Are you trying to confuse us?!) @polyesternapkinstowaway I see what you mean about the new ear hurting comprehension a little bit. I definitely found myself slightly confused yesterday at times and especially when I was

  17. @Mary Beth Ah thank you very much for the link. When I got my Sonnet 2 in March 2020 the instructions were for the old cover but I already got the new style and wondered for what the second hole is used for. Even my audiologist didn't know about the change. Since I also have vision troubles I am glad that I no longer need to be careful with the pin in the earhook during exchange any more. Funny thing, you have been to Innsbruck - only 100 miles from my home.

  18. @Dani I was able to try the redesigned Sonnet mic cover when I was in Innsbruck. It just uses a small lever to remove the mic cover. No need to remove the pin nor ear hook. I am pretty sure I have seen a video on Med-El ‘s YouTube page showing how to remove the mic cover. The redesigned mic cover works on both Sonnet 1 and Sonnet 2. https://www.medel.com/support/product-support/audio-processors/sonnet2/handling-and-basics/sonnet2_handling_changingmicrophonecover
