I haven’t looked at the suggested artists/bands yet so if you give me a specific song from those artists/bands that would be very helpful! I do listen to music a fair bit, but last time I shared my Spotify playlist in a CI community it wasn't well liked by the fellow CI users. 😅 From the top of my head I can recommend two songs that are about hope and going through things, maybe you will like them: Rie Fu - Life is Like a Boat - half of the song is in Japanese, but there are translations in the internet and the artist has a nice, soothing voice.
