Exactly what we need!  BTLE to multiple devices without piggybacking.  Improved audio quality using less bandwidth.

I hope THIS kind of BTLE will be incorporated into the next generation of Med-El processors (both BTE and single unit designs).

It seems similar to a project Med-El recently was involved with at a group performance.

Seems like this would allow our bimodal friends to stream to both a compatible HA and a compatible CI simultaneously.

@MED-EL Moderator  The top of my wish list.  😊

Check out the article in the link above about Auracast.  If this new gen BTLE gets incorporated into Med-El processors SSD users would be able to stream simultaneously to the processor and a BT receiver on the acoustic ear and hear in true stereo.  Cool huh?

Interesting, thanks for the link. I hope Med-El incorporates this in future models.  I'm experimenting with streaming to both my Rondo 3, via audiolink, and aftershokz Bluetooth headset. The audiolink introduces some latency, so the Rondo has a slight, but noticable, delay. I'll update if I find a good solution.
