Hi, im not seeing a "tag" for "go to forum" in my medel, am i mistaken?

Also cant seem to change my user name in my medel account

I do not have a link for HearPeers in myMedEl either. AudioKey 2, MedEl Academy, and US Webshop is all I can see.

Guess we will wait til the 21st. I might be having a small issue with user name not matching possibly. Moderator will be busy. Lauren my hp fellow 💘

If you go into Account Settings in HearPeers you can check to see if your profile is linked to myMed-El and also update as needed. IMG_2527.thumb.png.4d8b0eddf86da890694e5e90774f528c.png

I linked my accounts, but still don't see how to get to hearpeers from mymedel

@MED-EL Moderator

I think some of the confusion about linked to My Med-El account (at least in the US) is that our portal on my Med-El does not list a link to the forum.  It links Audio Key 2 and the US Web Store but not the HearPeers forum.  So at the moment signing into our My Med-El portal is not a way to get to the forum.

 

@tmscarlett10 and @Dianna This link can get us to the forum.  Top right menu.  For me, I always leave the forum open in a window on my device so I can quickly pop in when I wish.

Hi @Mary Beth and @Dianna, thanks for tagging us. I can understand the confusion. We are currently looking into why there is no link visible at the moment.
