I've only had the processor for a month or so (having upgraded from a SAMBA) but have noticed that I'm experiencing a permanent hiss/crackle. It's very noticeable in quiet rooms. I never had this with my previous processor. I've got a follow-up appointment with my audiologist to fine-tune the settings, and I hope this will eliminate the hiss, but in the meantime I just wondered whether anyone else had experienced this? Travis Posted November 15, 2023 Report Share Posted November 15, 2023 If you sit back too far in an easy chair or something like that and rub the processor on the cushion behind you there can be some crackling...otherwise I've never experienced that.
