HearPeers Heroes Cara Mia Posted April 18, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 18, 2016 Cool. But I am still going to hide my processor from rain and dust. Just in case
Lenny
Cara, I had that same "Just in case" feeling after reading this. I always put my processor in my pocket everytime there is a even a hint of rain! I wonder if anyone will be brave enough to leave the Sonnet on in the rain (sans umbrella) after reading this. HearPeers Heroes Ivana Marinac Posted April 18, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 18, 2016 Adam - is there chance to rename the title of this topic: it will be impossible to find it once when we forgot at it.
HearPeers Heroes Cara Mia Posted April 20, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 Ok, because this is a discussion about Sonnet resilience and how to keep it safe, it will be not a big off topic to ask what you, guys, do to keep your processors safe from your cats (such inquiring minds). HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted April 20, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 My processors are either on my head or secured in a safe place, no cats allowed.
HearPeers Heroes Cara Mia Posted April 20, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 Sounds like it is a simple solution, but the question is how to make sure that cats are not allowed themselves.... My processor also is on my head or in the room where dogs are not allowed. Dogs were trained not to touch anything related to CI (cords, Fine Tuner, Quattro). Just in case But everybody around me is trying to scare me that dogs can forget about the rules and boundaries. And you know, cats are not dogs when it comes to rules. they just don't care So, I thought to learn something practical how to separate pets and Ci (a very attractive thing, by the way). I keep the door in that special room closed when I am out for a while. Ok, perhaps I need to do something with the people who challenge my calm confidence
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted April 20, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 LOL, on my head or in the dry kit or in a closed drawer. Never exposed to pets.
HearPeers Heroes Adam Posted April 20, 2016 Author HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 Same here, either on my head or in the dry kit. I think you would be fine Cara. If the processors are in the dry box, I don't see why the cat would go snooping.
HearPeers Heroes Cara Mia Posted April 20, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 Just because they are cats and because if there is any opportunity everyone can find some possibility
HearPeers Heroes Ivana Marinac Posted April 21, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 21, 2016 Agree - pets will find their way if you allow them. I had a dog before, a German shepard Benji: he found my watch and ate it because I left it at home. He also ate a part of kitchen table in the same episode... HearPeers Heroes Ivana Marinac Posted April 23, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 23, 2016 Yeah - we couldn't believe... But a table and watch was not his specialties: he also ate a couch and walls of our appartment. You can imagine smile at my parents' faces...:/ Mary Beth
