masona Posted October 2, 2022 Report Share Posted October 2, 2022 Hi everyone, I've been wearing Cochlear implant since 2012, I'm trying to contact for re-programming adjustment for my Sonnet 11, I went on 24th June 2021 and they sent me home because their computer new software failed to operate, they promised me another appointment with 4 weeks, 15th months later I'm still waiting!! I've sent an email to Addenbrooke's Hospital Emmeline Centre for a appointment on 16th September 2022, a auto replied quoting they aim to response within 72 hrs. Not heard anything so I rang the Emmeline Centre reception 29th September leaving a message, again heard nothing just silent treatment, is it just me or are any of you having problems contacting Emmeline Centre?
