Rechargeable or not?

Hey guys and gals!! What is your input on rechargeable batteries? Can we have a comparison even with the old opus 2. I would like everyone's input. Pros and cons. Thanks my team!!

Huh!  :(  I don't know what to write you - but I hate them when I got them with my hearing aid. My parents were excited, but I ...  :huh:  :rolleyes:

Opus2 uses a different rechargeable battery called DaCapo. Stated life from each charge is up to 16 hours. I consistently got 10 hours. They gave several batteries so I would just carry one around and switch it out. That was when I was unilateral.

I will try the rechargeable batteries with the Sonnets. I have vouchers that will cover the cost. I'm going with the regular size as the micro only gets up to 7 hours, which is too short for me and I don't want to switch out twice on each side everyday. If the standard rechargeable gets me through my day with only one switch out per side, that is fine.

However getting 2 2/3 days with the disposable batteries has spoiled me.
