I am using audiolink listening to presentation online through laptop Bluetooth

Goal is to turn off the streaming On off button of audiolink doesn't respond. Manual says press 2 seconds.

Does anyone have an insight why trying to turn it off while it's connected to media source doesn't work?

Also, asking for a friend with Rondo3, Oppo A45 phone and Audio2Ear app

Once the phone app is on, it takes over the functionality of Spotify App.  Does anyone have a known process of how to enable the functionality of media app such as Spotify again, while you have Audio2Ear app on your phone. Thanks in advance!

@CIBoyMom I find the only way Audiolink will turn off is if I disconnect it from the streaming source, in my case that usually means uncradling it because its tethered, before turning it off. If I try to turn it off while it is streaming it is either unresponsive or it messes up its ability to connect the next time I use it.

Thank you! Unfortunately, even after I turned the Bluetooth off on my son’s phone that we were streaming from, it’s still wouldn’t actually turn off! Charged it all night nonetheless to get ready for school, and tried turning it off after unplugging it this morning and nothing! I think at this point I probably need to contact Medel for a replacement 😞

this happens to me as well.  Typically, I turn off everything attached, including turning off the audio2ear app streaming in addition to BT. It seems quite finicky and sometimes it goes off and others not.  I'm interested to hear if you find out more.
