Second Opinion

Greetings

I qualified for an implant and EAS processor at Oregon Health & Science University.  I would like to get a second opinion from a clinic that has done a number of these procedures as I would like to retain as much residual hearing as possible if I decide to  move forward.  Even though i live in Washington state and the Med El website indicates a location in Seattle, I am not limited geographically to travel for another opinion.  Can someone make a recommendation?

Hi laurencesanford,

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill probably has the most experience with MED-EL EAS. Dr. Harold Pillsbury. Headed the clinical trials. A link is below.
