Lita Posted August 6, 2017 Report Share Posted August 6, 2017 Hello, I will be activated on August 10 and when I am far enough along in sound identification, I will start using the neat AB CLIX app I downloaded to my iPad recently. My problem is that I started using AB CLIX with my non-implanted ear (hearing aid in that ear). I started experimenting on the level below the TEST line and now I can't find a way to delete the tests I done so I can start with a clean slate. In ABCLIX on my iPad there is an option to delete a user and an option to add a user on the log in screen page. Log out of CLIX, requires two taps on the Log Out button, and then press log in. You should see the option there to add another user. I create several user names for myself. Left, right and bilateral as I train each way. Good luck.
