Vladislav Posted August 5 Report Share Posted August 5 Today I accidentally broke the latch when changing the microphone cover for the Sonnet 2 device body. This is the second time. About a year and a half ago I replaced it with a new device for free under warranty. I wanted to know if it is possible to replace it with a new one for free even if it is the second time?
