Amy Leach
I swapped out two new sets from different packages and they all indicate they are empty. I tried the audio stream cover and the regular cover. Am I doing something wrong? Could I have a bad batch. Expiration date is 2026. They are Hear Clear Plus brand.

How old are your disposable battery frames? It's possible that the contact tabs for the batteries are worn out. They come with a five year warranty in the U.S. so you should be able to swap them. Amy Leach
They are new. I was activated in May. I swapped back to the rechargeable battery but need to do the whole “forget this device” process all over again, I think I will wait until I am back home later this week. My Rondo has been reliable in its Bluetooth connection (hope I didn’t just jinx myself).
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted August 12 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted August 12 @Amy Leach I get best results for my Sonnet processors with Power One Implant batteries. It seems that Hear Clear has premium plus version of 1.4 V and implant plus version of 1.45 V Do you have the implant plus version?
Sakin
Even if the expiration date is not expired, the batteries may have died due to hot weather. Try another brand of disposable batteries. If it works, then you can replace the batteries with new ones from where you bought them.
