JohnNadashki
Hi all, I just have 4 programs set in my RONDO3 few days ago. I used to use AudioKey2 to control the volume of my Rondo3. I recalled I saw few programs before but this time there is only one program showed in AudioKey2. In the other words, I open Audiokey2, I saw the first button is Connected, second button is volume, third button is Sensitivity, fourth button is restore defaults, and last button is monitoring mode. The difference this time is I am using my backup Rondo3 (Which had programs was copied from other Rondo3). Is anyone seeing same thing (5 buttons) or are you able to see multiple programs (6th button)? Notes: I am now using fine tuner pro to control the volume of Rondo3. I can live with it but it is very annoying to carry phone, fine tuner pro, telecoil and streaming adapter, audiolink, and telecoil cable ... I would be very happy if I can leave all of these at home and carry only a phone with me!! Can anyone shed me some light for how to bring the programs back into AudioKey2? Thank you
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted September 8 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted September 8 I believe @Lauren told us that after each new programming by our audiologists we need to update the processor in AudioKey2

Lauren
Yes - as @Mary Beth shared I tried Option 1 (Refresh Audio Processor Data) and all my programs showed up. Any time I get changes to my programs since then I make sure to update processor data. Option 2 is for your audiologist to check and make sure. JohnNadashki
Hi there, Yes, it works like a charm! I saw 4 programs now. Thank you Lauren and Mary, for your helps!! Mary Beth
Members Tim
I was practicing the "refresh after every program/map tweak" but a Med-El expert went one stage further and two weeks ago told me that she always recommends deleting the processor and re-adding the processor after a reprogramming. Perhaps that is overkill but think of it as the nuclear option when you've got something funky going on in Audiokey2. John F
Lauren
@Tim that’s the faster route when there’s more than one processor in AK2. I had to delete all but my Rondo 3s last time as the refresh option wants all paired processors on and nearby to refresh all of them at the same time. There’s no option given to only refresh a selection of processor(s). Mary Beth
