Our GoogleMeets are always Sundays at 9:15 am New York time.  This works for us the best since we have members joining in from Alaska and the west coast of the US very early in the morning and members joining in from Australia and Japan very late at night.  We realize that our day and time do not work for everyone and have encouraged other members to host video meetings on days/times that work better for them.
