About a month ago I upgraded to a Rondo3. It has a level 3 magnet just like my original Rondo2. But I find that late in the afternoon the skin between the external and internal magnet hurts. Any suggestions as to why and/or solutions?

@JohnL

that is usually a sign that the magnet strength needs to be changed

If it was me I would connect with my audiologist right away

Thanks. That’s what I thought but the current magnet is the same strength as my previous Rondo so I thought it should be okay. I have an appointment with my audiologist 12/11.

@JohnL

Other users have reported the same thing so perhaps although sharing the same magnet strength number, something is different.  In the meantime you can use a piece of thin moleskin (found at most stores near the shoe inserts) to ease comfort.
