dare_v Posted January 23, 2018 Report Share Posted January 23, 2018 Hello everybody. Me and my partner are from Slovenia and have a child that is soon to be implanted. He is Slovene. But my partner works in Austria and have Austrian social benefits (like child support). I am looking for more info on Austrian social support for children with cochlear implants. We've learnt he cannot be implanted in Austria and needs to be operated in Slovenia, but maybe there is some social support that is offered for families like our (we do receive a small amount of money each month from Slovenia, for care of a "special need child") Anybody here from Austria or know somebody who could help us out.
