@stranger - I had a little of that too - feeling like something was in my ear.  It did pass.

I'd bet that you'll be wiggling your ears again too.  The top of my ear is still sore (my surgery was April 13) - after some discussion here and then confirming with my surgeon it's because the ear gets clamped to keep it out of the way during surgery, and that causes some nerve pain.  From what I hear it takes a while to go away, but does go away.
