Fingers crossed that this will work with the existing Sonnet and not have to wait for and upgrade to the Sonnet 2. 🤞

Yup the Sonnet 1 has the internal 2.4 receiver!

Awesome! I'll wait and see how to acquire this then. 🙂

Clear picture from the Quick Guide shows how AudioLink works with various sound sources

I wonder if we will have to wear the special battery cover on the sonnet like we do for the roger pen in order for this to work?

@Percy

nope.  It works with the 2.4 internal Sonnet receiver which is still dormant

@Carolmarie

AudioLink requires an internal 2.4 receiver.  Rondo 2 does not have one.

That’s my understanding.

The Sonnet 2?  Presently it seems to stream through the AudioLink.  It does have an internal BT receiver so we remain hopeful.

Sonnet 1 works with AudioLink. I am looking forward to it.  Most connections will require a cable to the AudioLink from the sound source for best sound quality though.  Similar to Roger.

Nope.  AudioLink uses the built in 2.4 receiver in the Sonnet 1 and Sonnet 2.  No need to use any special battery cover.

The Roger System uses a Roger receiver.  That receiver is not built into the Sonnet 1 nor the Sonnet 2.  The Roger receiver is integrated into that special battery cover called Roger 21.
