Rondo 2

As I wear my Rondo 2 in the house it seems that I get a longer range of reception with the Sonnets then Rondo 2. Example T.V. Is in the living room when I go upstairs or down stairs I loose reception with Rondo but still have Reception with Sonnet.

Just wounding?

That’s interesting.  Is it perhaps time to change your Rondo 2 mic cover?

Is your Sonnet program in natural, adaptive it omni mic setting?

Interesting.  If you find you wish you heard from a wider bubble, you can increase sensitivity via your Fine Tuner.

It's weird, though, because in my experience the Rondo2 brings me a little more sound than the Sonnets.  @Dave in Pittsburgh, did your audiologist do a separate mapping for the Rondo2 or copy the Sonnet MAP over?

@Mary Featherston

Your experience has been similar to many other Rondo 2/ Sonnet 1 users.

It is always so interesting how everyone’s experiences with CIs are so unique.

That is why I like reading everyone’s comments in HPs.

@Dave in Pittsburgh ‘s experience of less access to far away sounds with Rondo 2 fascinates me.  I wonder why that is happening for him?

@Mary Beth Don’t get me wrong I am very happy with Rondo2 this is very minor issue . I see the audiologist in Oct and I have this on my list. I am so happy with it I ask Alexanna how I can get another free one.🤭for my other ear.

I just put is out on HP to see ,and thanks a lot for your help and suggestions.

I am glad you love your Rondo 2.  You, and all the other happy Rondo 2 users, are making me want Rondo 2 processors!

It is hard to believe but my first side is already over 4 years old.  My eligibility for new processors is coming closer!
