HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted October 10, 2019 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted October 10, 2019 After 24 years of no ability to determine the direction sounds are coming from, I continue to be amazed at how I look the correct direction of sounds now with bilateral CIs. So cool! Today I am in a large waiting area full of people. Two TVs are playing DIFFERENT stations out loud. I am on MT and enjoying an audiobook with my Artone neckloop. Since I increased the volume of the audiobook, it is not a 50/50 mix, but it is still a mix of audiobook and environmental sounds. I heard someone’s cellphone ring and looked in the right direction without even thinking. So much fun! What fun moments are you having with your CIs recently?
