Several members have recently mentioned that they are no longer getting emails when they are tagged in a post and they had previously received emails.

Personally, I don’t want to receive emails because I check the forum regularly.

How do the members who want emails when tagged set that up?

@Mary Beth thanks. I actually got an email notice for this tag. I checked my account settings and all are in order, so have no idea why I wasn’t getting notices earlier.

Hi @Mary Beth

I usually get the email notifications. Not sure why I don't always get them but I got an email this morning about your tagging me.

@Joan and @Jewel

Sounds like the same thing has happened to you both.  Most times the email notifications happen but sometimes they don’t.

@Mary Beth yes, that seems to be the case. No rhyme or reason to when the notifications come. I did get an email notice of this second tag today also.

Hi all,

To edit your email notification preferences please go here: https://forum.hearpeers.com/notifications/options/ (make sure you are signed in).

I have not been able to work out why some of you don't always get emails, but I will ask our support team for more info. But please do let me know if this problem stops once you have changed your settings.

Kind regards,

Mary
