Lauren
Got an interesting thing going on that we couldn’t figure out. May my mapping today, my audiologist added some of ASM 3.0’s listening/mic settings for me to play around with for the next six months. I pulled out my phone so we could do something to help me remember which was which only, as usual for my Sonnet 2, no program options show at all inside the app. Tried closing and restarting, deleted the app and reinstalled, plugged the Sonnet back into the computer to see if something was missed (it wasn’t), tried both the AS and a non-AS cover. No good. Phone is updated (iPhone) and app hasn’t been updated in 6 months per info in App Store. I tried the echo remote and it shows the programs no problem and we could toggle between them. Everything the audiologist could see in Maestro said that both the app and remote should work as it was set to either/or both. No issue using Echo/AudioLink w/same app & same phone too. Any idea(s)? Processor, App, phone issue, or something else? Audiologist is of course going to contact Med-El and I said I would reach out on here too. (Ok technically I said “you contact your people, I’ll contact mine” but same meaning). Mary Beth and Dianna 1
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted December 15, 2021 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted December 15, 2021 @Lauren Your last line made me laugh out loud! Two thoughts…. while in the AudioKey2 app there is a way to get support from the Med-El app designers. And you can choose to be contacted. I would do that first. If that doesn’t work, Med-El US has an in house audiology team that we can contact for help. I would send them an email. Keep us posted. Lauren
Thank you @Mary Beth. I sent off a short(ish) note on the missing program section and added what we had tried. Im almost wondering if I need to delete and re-pair my Sonnet as that’s the only thing we didn’t try. My audiologist said it shouldn’t be necessary. I’ll wait for Med-El’s reply before trying anything else. Mary Beth and Dianna

Lauren
Med-El responded and solved the issue. Sharing here so that it can benefit others: Suggestion #1 worked for me. Mary Beth and Arnaud
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted December 16, 2021 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted December 16, 2021 @Lauren That is good info to know. Every time our audiologists load on new MAPs we have to go through the refresh audio processor data step in the AudioKey2 app. Thank you for sharing! Anthony Canada
I know this is an old thread but thank you for asking and answering this. It was the solution I needed after getting more programs added today. Mary Beth and Lauren
