I will be flying to Arizona State University in February. It is a study for Medel bilateral Sonnet users. Looking forward to it. It's a lot of work in different sound booths for many hours, but very fun and I learn so much. Can't wait.

Thanks, Adam. I won't be there until the first week in March. It would have been nice to meet. Next time.

Kara, I am very interested to check out the difference. Funny, I said the same when I went bilateral. Everything sounded so much more crisp, clearer and fuller

It does!! Plus I love the fact that it doesn't simply amplify everything!! That's why I can hear in church. It doesn't amplify the sound bouncing off the walls. (Can't remember the word for it!) echoes etc.

Adam,

Good luck with the dual microphone study.

I guess the software to turn on the second microphone will be installed on your processor.

If you see a MED-EL rep there could you ask them when it might become available for release?

No Hadron it won't. They will have 2 processors there that they will program my map to.

I will get my processors back before I leave.

Nobody knows but the FDA when they will approve. Medel is eagerly awaiting approval just like the rest of us.
