Jodi Posted December 26, 2012 Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 Hi, I am new to this forum but thought someone might be able to help me. This is where I am at 2 years after activation. I hear very well on a one to one situation. Tv, radio etc. are still quite difficult. I have just received my Smartlink+/MLxi fm system but audiologist is having trouble getting it to turn on. She thinks it might need programming but all data says it is a direct connect. Anyone have any information on this?? CI's are a real blessing. So glad to have received one.
