And understand that it still difficult for u to understand them, ask them to repeat themselves 1,2,3,4 times until you understand or you just nodded your head sometimes you pretend you heard everything the families said? Dianna Posted August 31, 2022 Report Share Posted August 31, 2022 Hi serena, my family has been very helpful and encouraging. Perhaps having a family member help with rehab will open their eyes. Of couse occasionally when frustrated fam kind of gets pissy too but all in all very supportive. My ex actually started telling me i was getting senile and had alzheimers... now an ex partner!
