HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted April 3, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 3, 2016 You can test the Opus2 functioning by using the speech processor test device. HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted April 4, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 4, 2016 You can do the Ling speech test to see if your child is detecting the Ling sounds. Other than that, if you suspect your child is not hearing correctly you can contact your audiologist. There is no way to "listen in" to check sound quality that I am aware of. HearPeers Heroes Adam Posted April 9, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted April 9, 2016 I agree with Marybeth, your audiologist should be able to determine if there is a problem. Do you think there is an issue? If you do go see your audiologist, you can request a Medel rep to be at the appointment. At least here in the U.S. That is Quote Link to comment https://forum.hearpeers.com/topic/1157-checking-if-microfone-is-working-properly/#findComment-10435 Share on other sites
