Activation and mapping - how to deal with the next phase

Ok I had my surgery about 5 weeks ago. I dealt with a little bit of an inner ear infection but took care of it right away. Healing process has been relatively easy.

 

Now this Friday April 29 I get the processors (Rondo and Sonnet) and being the activation and mapping.

Now what?

It seems the next phase is not well documented, or at least I missed many posts.

What do I do next? what can I expect?

I know I should carry a notebook or something to record issues, events, situations and venues I am in.

 

Is there a cause to take? a web site, a book on what to do during this new chapter in life?
