Jodi Posted November 19, 2022 Report Share Posted November 19, 2022 hi, John has successfully been using an IR system at church with a telecoil neckloop and finally it’s working. Although the device is supposed to be worn around the neck like a necklace John has to move the device to his top shirt button in order to hear. It’s slightly uncomfortable, but it works. If it moves slightly it cuts out. We also need to sit with no one directly in front of us as I believe these systems are line of sight. If anyone has any suggestions or experience with this I’d be happy to hear. Finally, thanks Mary Beth for all your help. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoys the upcoming holidays.
