A few ways to follow what is new or upcoming for Med-El CI users …

1) check out clinical trials where we can read about current trials and results of completed trials

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=Med-el

2) follow the Med-El YouTube experts online presentations

 https://youtube.com/@med-elprofessionals3272

3) if you are in the US or Canada and interested in participating in Med-El research in North Carolina, contact Med-El US.  They are researching ways to improve our listening with CIs which eventually lead to features included in future processors.  Participants sign a non disclosure agreement and can not discuss their research experience.

4) check out the history of Med-El - specifically the items marked World’s First

https://www.medel.com/en-us/about-medel/our-history

5) check out 30 years of translational research behind Med-El

https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/ioto20/141/sup1

6) celebrating the world’s one millionth cochlear implant- interesting article which does not appear to be sponsored by any of the brands
