Most upgrades to implants/processors have to go through regulatory process to be approved. MEDEL is not allowed to say anything about a particular piece of technology that they are developing, until it is approved. If they do, they can get into a great deal of trouble which could lengthen the approval process. I know that they would love to share what is coming down the line but are unable to for legal reasons.
