HearPeers Heroes Kara of Canada Posted September 14, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted September 14, 2016 I did my training everyday for five months. Two to three hours a day. Minimum. I would say it was very successful. I can use the phone listen to music and my new thing podcasts!! So it is totally up to you.

HearPeers Heroes Adam Posted September 14, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted September 14, 2016 I did a great deal of practice at home, whenever I had a chance. Anything you can do to help would be good. That being said, sometimes you need to take a look at the day you've had. If it was long and particularly tiring, keep the practice short. You don't want to get frustrated. Your brain will let you know
HearPeers Heroes Ivana Marinac Posted September 16, 2016 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted September 16, 2016 Basically, whenever you feel you are in the mood because - for practising you need to be rested... Even when we are max healthy, our brain need certain conditions for concentrating at important things. Mary Beth
