Hard to diffrentiate between male and female voice if I do not look on the Tv. Very hard to understand Tv. What is important is that things continue to improve for you. If you feel that things are not improving and you are doing your aural rehab, you may want to mention it to your audiologist. Some things take longer than others for each of us. Have you tried using assistive listening devices with your TV? Check out www.handsonhearing.com for great info.
