With natural it was too quiet. And adaptive is my number two. I use it in really loud situations because my brain goes into overload if I don't and my brain kind of shuts down and doesn't hear well out of that side if I don't. Mine caps sounds and makes them softer at a rate of 70% instead of 80% which is default. Also is slightly more aggressive at capping than default.
