Sadly, it’s kinda useless if you have family/friends watching tv alongside you since unlike nearly every other hearing devices tv streamers, this is only one or the other, not both. Unsure why cause I never had issues with resound or Oticon tv streamers directly to my HA and still having sound for partner.
