Rondo 3 Pairing Issue - Sound duplicates

Hello all,

I run a rehabilitation center for whom have cochlear implants and hearing aids. One of our participants has Rondo 3. She has already paired his device with her iPhone. However, the sound comes out both her device and iPhone, too. She wants to hear the sound only from the device. But whenever we decrease the iPhone's volume, her devices' volume also decreasing.

Is it a way to hear the sound only from rondo 3 device?

Thanks

Rondo 3 can not direct stream audio from a phone.  It uses the AudioLink as an intermediary device.  Pair AudioLink to the phone and the Rondo 3.  If the audio is not an actual phone call, run Audio2Ear on the phone to convert the audio to a protocol that can stream without cables.

In the phone’s audio setting select the AudioLink.

Rondo 3 connects directly to the phone for the remote control features of AudioKey2 but not for audio streaming.
