I been wearing the ear mold and I don't like it....the audiologist gave me a solid ear hook but it's just a tad to small or something it want connect. We can order a Sonnet earhook in two sizes or order the Sonnet earhooks & accessories pack which contains both sizes, extra pin and activity hook. If you just need help putting it on, Med-El has audiologists on call to assist us. Just contact Med-El US. We used to have to remove that pin and earhook every time we changed mic covers.
