Lauren Posted July 26, 2023 Report Share Posted July 26, 2023 I’d love to help troubleshoot as well but don’t understand the question. As Mary Beth asked, knowing the processor will help pinpoint what you’re trying to do and identify the different streaming devices (AudioLink vs AudioStream) and whether or not Audio2Ear (not AudioKey2) is needed. Example: if streaming to AudioLink then you’d need to download Audio2Ear so you can click a toggle to change streaming protocols to allow audio other than phone calls. However if you have one of the Sonnet series and meant AudioStream then the app isn’t needed and the troubleshooting and/or setup steps necessary is very different.
