Mental illness is real and many people are too afraid to talk about it because they're ashamed, don't be because we are this together and no one is better than the next person ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

This is very true and the more we acknowledge this and talk about it as a society, the better it is for everyone. It benefits all for us to be able to express vulnerability and big feelings. Especially at the level of mental illness where the world needs more empathy. It's another form of invisible disability for some people who struggle with this and feel they can't talk about it.
