do u have a harder when someone speaking too fast and u just nodded your head,act like u heard everything the person but didn't understand a word that came out of their mouth?

Do you understand a person when talking too fast?you just nodded your head and pretended u understand everything the person said,you already feels overwhelmed and u have a lot on your minds.
