Tami Posted April 3 Report Share Posted April 3 Thank you much for the advice, checking with our designated rep is how I discovered I would need to purchase one. Unfortunately MedEl is not contracted with UHC. Which is insane considering they are one of the largest private medical insurance providers, if not the largest. In the 8 years we have been with MedEl, I cringe every time OEP comes up, praying it’s not UHC. They haven’t been contracted with UHC the years I have had them since the first year or two after implantation. @John Schulz If you have not found a battery cover, please send me a message.
