HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted November 27, 2017 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted November 27, 2017 I wear a Medic Alert bracelet for a different reason. On the actual bracelet I included cochlear implant. When a medical provider contacts Medic Alert, they receive detailed info about my CIs, Med El USA number and MRI restrictions. HearPeers Heroes Jdashiell Posted December 1, 2017 Author HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted December 1, 2017 I found that my local MedEl rep uses one with 5 lines Name + Number? Spouse + number? 2 MedEl CI and 2 other lines that I don't remember ...
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted December 1, 2017 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted December 1, 2017 Possibly the Med-El phone number so a medical team could call with questions if needed? And possibly “MRI restrictions”? Maybe spell out Cochlear Implants?
