Marv408 Posted October 24, 2023 Report Share Posted October 24, 2023 I’m wearing the sonnet 2 it sounds great but having some problems with static sound. It’s there all the time if I turn the sound down it helps some it goes away if I turn the mic off. There is also another sound on top of when somebody talk so not sure how to describe that sound. You can ask your audiologist to manually test and set threshold levels instead of using the default threshold levels. If it is system noise, having your thresholds set manually will eliminate it.
