Headsets for phone communication, Sonnet CI

I am an RN who is experiencing problems communicating with land line wired phones. I have a standard open wired headset which helps but I am still experiencing issues. What headsets have others used  successfully?  I have a Sonnet CI.

Is the difficulty positioning the speaker over your Sonnet mic?

 

This link lists telecoil friendly headsets so we would put the Sonnet in MT mode as long as you do not pick up interference in your location when using telecoil.
