Radu Ciprian
Hello everyone, I noticed a small crack on the Rondo 3 processor. It works for now but should I be worried? I think that sweat or dust will infiltrate in the future. Can the processor case be changed? and if so, does the warranty cover it? The processor is new, activated for about a month. Thank you, Ciprian

Radu Ciprian
Thanks for the answers. Then I will contact the clinic that did my cochlear implant. I hope it can be changed as soon as possible. Mary Beth
Evren
@Radu Ciprian I had exact same crack out of a fresh Rondo 3 box and it immediately got replaced under warranty. I still wonder how it happened as the box seemed sturdy and it drives me sceptical.
Radu Ciprian
It only took two days to be replaced with a new one. I am waiting for the manufacturer's response regarding the cause of the crack. I will return to the topic to share with you. All the best, Ciprian
