One of my favorite WOW moments on my CI journey was when musical instruments emerged with their distinct individual sounds.  Recently while traveling I enjoyed listening to and learning about new to me Irish and Scottish traditional instruments.  I loved hearing these distinct musical sounds.  So very thankful for this gift of hearing from my CIs.

Bodhrán- hand-held frame drum

Tin whistle- a small 6-holed flute, in D, like a simplified version of the classical recorder

Celtic harp- smaller than the concert harp and has one set of strings

Irish concertina- a small, hexagonal accordion-like instrument

Edinburgh Tattoo Massed Pipes and Drums- made up of military and civilian bands from around the world

Wishing you all a day full of musical discoveries.
