It seems like Med-El is announcing it for the first time so I doubt it is being used worldwide at this time. It would be very cool to see a 3-D representation of how our electrode arrays are positioned in our cochlea. I wonder if there will be a way to map neural dead zones to help guide MAPpings in the future.
