Lately she has been experiencing panic attacks and a sense of "brain disconnect". She never had these symptoms before the CI. Sometimes she says she can't physically feel things. I have had many surgeries and I can not say I felt something like that - possibly she is still under the sense of fear, or she unconsciously thinks about the surgery - ?
