I've been getting 31 hours on the Sonnet, 42 hours on the Rondo.

Wondering what other users are experiencing?

Disposable batteries on the Sonnet? I get a little more than two 16 hour listening days so I just swap out the batteries every other morning.

 

Rondos (3 disposable batteries) last a little more than 3 days so I swap out the batteries every third morning. I set a reminder on my phone calendar.

For me it’s about three days with disposables and 11 hours with rechargeables for Sonnet.

The question is what batteries are you using?

You are definitely Under Par for battery life. 

Regardless

Most of us get 3 days for disposables and although initially 11 hours with rechargeables. (Medel says 10 hours) Reality over time is about 9or more hours.

That 3 day estimate is (3*24hrs) - (3*8hrs sleep time ) = 48 hrs usage over 3 days. 

That assumes 8 hours of sleep/recharge time .

Since each  rechargeable battery lasts about 10 hours, so you need 2 to get you through a 16 hour day. BUT you are not adding to the environment as you are with disposables.

My Sonnets don’t come close to getting 3 full listening days with 2 implant zinc air batteries.  I am always way below the up to # that Med-El lists.  That is what concerns me about the Rondo 2.
