Carolmarie Posted May 16, 2018 Author Report Share Posted May 16, 2018 I have no idea yet they sent all the information to the old I mean very old address they had on file and use my fathers phone numbers from back in 2005 i have no idea how they get the old information but luckily I emailed the ent for the date of the pretest they copy the letter and email it to me I would have been canceled due to no responed when I got to the hospital they said we called and you didn’t answer huh I don’t have a phone lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
